A pilgrim of the heart, I stand at the portal between shadow and light, part and whole.

As a bodyworker, spiritual care practitioner, and Systemic Family Constellations facilitator, my work weaves the wisdom of body, soul, lineage, and land into multi-dimensional wholeness. 

I support the taproot of your inner authority, the spark of your muse, and the pulse of unconditional love in your heart. I am dedicated to unraveling the fractals of trauma, oppression, and dis-ease that ripple through our bodies, communities, lineages, and lands. 

My own journey has led me through ICU halls as a chaplain, monastic gardens in contemplative prayer, ancient Redwood groves as a child of trees, mystical texts as a seeker and poet, and the multidimensional fields of ancestral consciousness as a descendant longing for roots to place and people. I believe touch is sacred, our cells and souls pulse with magic, and we are here to be loved. From the quiet depths of craniosacral therapy to the healing movements of systemic family constellation work, I align presence and intention with the Knowing Field to transmute our deepest wounds into radiance and awaken the mysticism of each moment. 

A range of training has shaped my practice. With a background in spiritual care and chaplaincy, I integrate theological training from Harvard Divinity School with healing modalities that center the wisdom of the body and intuitive perception. A Licensed Massage Therapist, I completed 700 hours of bodywork training at the Sedona School of Massage. I’ve deepened my attunement to physiology through ongoing training in craniosacral therapy and energy work. 

I am trained as a Systemic and Family Constellations facilitator by Emily Blefeld and Dan Cohen. I completed a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education in an intensive cardiac care unit, spiritual care training at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and have spent extended periods living and working in contemplative monastic communities. Each has cultivated my capacity for skillful presence and attention to the alchemical path of the Heart.  

I am currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School, bridging consciousness and form as I continue a lifelong study of mysticism, myth, and imagination– the realms that name our deepest quests, catalyze our wild possibilities, and call forth our own magic. 

Our light is born in the long night, in our turn towards individual and collective healing. We are wild, whole, and beloved. Together, we remember the Earth in our bones, the Spirit in our breath, the gifts in our hands, and the spiral of our invincible love.
