An Imbolc Note From Maude
Dear Community,
This week we crossed the threshold of Imbolc, the midway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. As the returning light begins to soften the edges of winter’s darkest nights, something invisible quivers beneath frozen ground.
Imbolc honors Brigid and her sacred flame. She is Celtic goddess, ancestor, and saint. Like her radiant fire, the spirit of Brigid rises again and again across generations, a blaze of shapeshifting divine light that can never be stolen or destroyed. Her desire reaches for us through moonlight, sunbeams, the echoes between stars, and the hearth that welcomes home all that has been frozen, exiled, and suppressed.
I am writing to you from Somerville, Massachusetts under the moonlight of the Leo Snow Moon, with several exciting updates to share.
This past September, I returned to Boston to complete the final two years of my Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School. As many of you know, I left HDS three years ago. I didn’t have language for the experience at the time, but I felt the gravity of my desire to attune to my own depths– to become real. I knew in my bones that something within me wished to unfurl and that I needed to attend to my soul and the secret corners of my heart.
I spent much of the following year living in several monastic communities where the literal and metaphoric darkness of contemplative rhythms opened me to presence and perception within. As I finished massage school and trained in Systemic Family Constellations, I met Brigid again and again: in Irish holy wells, in stained glass windows, and in my desire to belong to both my own soul and the spiritual and ancestral lineages alive in me.
She stood as alchemical metamorphosis– the the flow of water and light that has taken many sacred forms through lands and generations. Her hands helped me remember our innate capacity to be held, to hold, and to heal.
This Imbolc, as I begin another semester of Divinity School and stretch into new forms of wholeness, authenticity, and visibility, Brigid’s invincible flame burns in the heart of my commitment to the radiant Soul in all matter and in the very center of the human heart. Your singular being is the ancient bones of people, place, and time alive in a wild watershed of grace. Your love is the medicine for this moment.
In the spirit of all I’ve received, learned, and remembered in the last few years, I am so excited to share my first course with all of you!
Tend the Well Within
A 5-month virtual course nourishing the wellspring of Divinity rising in your heart.

You are a living well — Source in breathing, beating form.
Through somatic practices, Systemic Family Constellations, and contemplative exercises, we will nourish the sacred in your body, your lineage, and your creative spark.
Join us as we embody the wisdom of ancestral consciousness, somatic intelligence, Earthly rhythms, and the multi-dimensional fields of Spirit.

We Will Explore
Embodied contemplative practices that support your nervous system, care for your sacred body, and attune you to the truth of your heart.
Systemic Family Constellations exercises that resource your intentions and release inherited patterns of fear, doubt, and isolation.
Community integration that nourished inspiration and belonging.
Program Components
Twelve 2.5 hour group sessions over 5 months.
Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:30pm EST (March 18; April 1, 15, 29; May 13, 27; June 10, 24; July 8, 22; August 5, and 19).
Two private 2-hour 1:1 Systemic Family Constellation sessions.
One 75-90-minute intuitive bodywork session using somatic dialogue and visualization to support the integration of your intentions at a cellular level (virtual or in person in Cambridge, MA).
Guided meditations, writing prompts, and creative practices to spark your muse, connect with soul guides, and awaken the embodied frequency of your own wisdom.
